It´s finally here. Our partner company in China opened its doors. The planning for this project began in 2006, while construction and realisation started in 2009.

At the moment we manufacture prototypes and go through various tests. In China, under the aspect of modern manufacturing technology, especially ball bearing supported (slewing) rings and and gear rims with diameters up to 3.5 m will be manufactured.



High quality of our components, 115 years of experience in engineering and the realisation of specific customer requirements are our principles in China, too. In addition, an in-house R&D department for research and development was established. Here, Herion Drive Systems and the Qingdao University of Science and Technology are working closely together.
